By performing a simple forward bend test, you can observe any lateral deviation in your spine and identify the presence of a spinal hump indicative of scoliosis.

    Sorry for this question if it seems dumb. My scoliosis leans to the right so the X-ray looks like your T-shirt. If I mirror the direction of your movements will I be doing it correctly? My curve is on the left on the X-ray. So do I move away to the right?

      If the right shoulder is up, thats the durection of your scoliosis. The video wont be a mirror then

      Yes your good arm can help. And during the strengthening part, dont using weights or theraband. Just do it slow or more reps

      Please see your doctor. If naay tambal, you need to take it. And do the exercises. Spreead lng through out the day para dili ka ma over work

      You are so welcome. Please do them consistently through out the day but just do 10 reps of each exercise. Spread them out too

    Had a stroke left side beat the odds i lived and able to walk however balance issues and weak left side 5 months later mini stroke right side deadening the nerves, use cane right hand would i be better to swap to left
